Paradisium Estates is a satirical creative project. All “plots,” “deeds,” “tiers,” “halos,” certificates, communities, and related items sold or distributed through the site are novelty digital goods intended for amusement, gift-giving, and recreational enjoyment. They have no real, legal, religious, geographical, financial, or afterlife significance whatsoever.
Purchase of a Paradisium Estates novelty deed does not transfer any real-estate, land, cemetery, mineral, intellectual-property, religious, spiritual, governmental, or afterlife rights of any kind. Paradisium Estates is not a cemetery, religious organisation, place of worship, investment vehicle, security, financial product, or registered charity.
Paradisium Estates is independent and unaffiliated with any deity, religion, faith tradition, denomination, cemetery, real-estate jurisdiction, government, regulator, or named individual (living, deceased, or fictional) referenced in our marketing copy, deed text, or community materials.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to make a purchase or open an account on Paradisium Estates. By purchasing you affirm that you meet this requirement.
Every deed is sold as a one-year subscription. The initial payment covers the first solar year of validity. At the end of each year, your subscription automatically renews at $1.00 USD per year using the payment method you provided at checkout. Renewal charges continue indefinitely until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from the subscription manager linked in your purchase confirmation email and on the success page (powered by Stripe’s Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your deed remains valid until that date and is not renewed thereafter.

When purchasing as a gift you confirm that the named recipient wishes (or would reasonably wish) to receive a novelty product of this nature, and that you are authorised to send communications to the email address you provide. We will not deliver gift deeds to addresses you cannot lawfully contact.
Anyone may found a community by paying a one-time $3.00 USD community-manager fee in addition to their plot price. The fee is non-refundable and confers founding-manager status: the right to invite members, list invitees on the community roster, and (once the community reaches 50 confirmed members) a 10% revenue share on community subscriptions and renewals. Members joining an existing community pay only the standard plot price. The manager fee is paid once at founding and does not recur with annual renewals.
If you upload a photograph (for the “favourite view” medallion on your deed) you confirm that you own or have the right to use that image and that it is a landscape, vista, or favourite earthly spot — not a person or animal. Uploaded images are stored solely to render your deed; details are in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person. We may remove any content and terminate any account that breaches this clause without notice or refund.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user’s account or deed; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure; (c) interfere with the site by means of any automated process; (d) use the site to harass, defame, or threaten any person; (e) use Paradisium Estates branding or deed imagery to misrepresent yourself as endorsed by, affiliated with, or speaking on behalf of any religion, cemetery, government, or real-estate authority.
All site content — including the brand, copy, illustrations, deed designs, certificate templates, and source code — is the property of the Paradisium Estates operator and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display and print the deed you purchase for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, white-label, or commercially reproduce deeds or their components.
Paradisium Estates is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that deeds will grant you property in heaven, the afterlife, or any extant or future plane of existence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradisium Estates and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, your purchase, your reliance on any deed, or any interruption or error in service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradisium Estates, its operator, and its service providers from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you upload.
We do not knowingly sell to residents of jurisdictions where novelty religious-themed products are restricted by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) orders placed from jurisdictions where we do not currently operate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Paradisium Estates shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. Continued use of Paradisium Estates after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
