We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We process your personal data on the following bases under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil): contract (to deliver the deed you purchased and the related subscription), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, basic logging), consent (for the optional uploaded photo and community invitations), and legal obligation (to retain payment records as required by law).
We use a small number of carefully chosen processors. They receive only the data needed to do their job:
Some of these processors are based outside the EEA / UK. Where applicable, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Article 46.
We use a minimal amount of browser local storage (not cookies) to remember whether you’ve accepted our entertainment-only disclaimer, which language you prefer, and any draft form data so you don’t lose it when refreshing. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
We keep your purchase record, deed, and contact email for as long as your deed remains valid plus six years (to comply with tax record-keeping obligations applicable to the operator). Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of you cancelling your deed. Email logs are retained for 12 months for deliverability and abuse-prevention purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see the next section.

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never touch our servers. Deed records and uploaded photos are stored on an encrypted volume. Access to administrative tools is restricted and protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your data has been exposed, please contact us immediately.
Paradisium Estates is intended for adults (18+) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. The current version is always available at paradisium.ai/privacy.
